Working with Tannin

Agree the scope

A quote based on your website and portfolio. You supply the branding, wine details and images.

Keep it current

Monthly updates and revisions, agreed in your proposal. Larger projects are quoted separately.

Stay in control

Approve each change or delegate publication. Keep access to your records and exports.

Timing, access and handover

We acknowledge requests within one business day during support hours: 9 am–5 pm Pacific, weekdays excluding BC statutory holidays. We agree completion dates for each piece of work; acknowledgement is not a resolution guarantee.

Setup, ongoing fees, revision allowances, ownership and handover arrangements are set out in your proposal. Purchases stay with your existing commerce provider. Dated stock imports are supported; a live stock connection is only included when specifically configured and tested.

Let's talk.

Tell us about your business. We'll be in touch.
