For independent wineries and wine importers
Wine records, shared portfolios and buyer follow-up. With Tannin on hand for website and catalogue care.
The Trade platform
Keep wine details and buyer requests together, not scattered across spreadsheets and email threads.
Vintages, bottle images and technical sheets. Draft changes before approving them for publication.
Choose the wines and details buyers can see. Set an expiry or withdraw access.
Keep buyer enquiries, assigned owners and follow-up dates together. Know what needs attention.
Illustrative example. Fictional producer and wines, not client work.

Managed websites & catalogue care
We build and maintain your website and catalogue. Send changes through Trade; review them before they go live.
Discuss your websiteYour wines, story and photography. A website that feels like your business.
Request an update, review the draft and approve it. All through Trade.
Keep your shop and booking service. We check the fit before starting.
Your written scope covers setup, included updates, approvals and separately quoted work. Hosting, domain and third-party fees, access and handover are agreed up front.
Use Trade without moving your website. Keep publication with your team, or explicitly delegate it to Tannin.
Start with a one-off project for up to 10 wines: one branded catalogue page, a matching PDF and one consolidated revision. Each wine and vintage counts as one entry. No ongoing contract is required for this project.
We use your approved wine details, existing branding, images and technical sheets. Platform fit, publication, hosting and handover are agreed before work starts.
Website rebuilds, new branding, photography, extensive writing or research, advertising, additional languages, custom integrations, live inventory connections, new access controls and unlimited updates are separate work.
Discuss a catalogue projectWe review your wines, website and workflow, then agree a scope and quote.
After service and payment confirmation, we activate your workspace and help prepare your approved content.
Share portfolios, follow up with buyers and request updates. We show your team how.
Both. Your team can manage wines and buyer follow-up in Trade. Tannin can handle agreed website and catalogue work for you. We help with setup either way.
Yes. Trade works alongside them. We check platform fit and access before agreeing website work. Your checkout, reservations and stock system stay with your existing providers.
No account is needed to open an approved trade link. You choose the wines, details, wholesale pricing and enquiry options. Links can expire or be withdrawn, but can also be forwarded. Keep your buyer-approval process for sensitive information.
Website changes go live when published. Managed trade links keep the approved version you shared; revised details need a fresh link. Downloaded PDFs remain copies, not live catalogues.
We review your needs, then send a written scope and quote. Access and ongoing care are agreed before activation. For one-off catalogue projects, a 50% deposit follows agreement; the balance follows preview approval, before publication or handover. An enquiry creates no subscription or commitment.
Approved wine details, branding, images and technical sheets. We confirm timing after reviewing your materials and access. The scope covers hosting, third-party fees, included updates, approvals and handover. You can export your wine records.
